They've also integrated their referral program into their email and SMS communications. Using Friendbuy’s integration with Klaviyo, they promote their referral program in post-purchase emails like the one below.
Using Attentive, they also generate referral program awareness through SMS blasts like the one below.

The Branch team sees referrals as a bottom of the funnel marketing channel, because of the trust that word-of-mouth inherently brings. Because of that, they aim for 5% - 7% of company revenue to come from word-of-mouth referrals.
